Let's go back to the part of this site named SITE DIARY PAGE 1. On this long page I

told you about this company in San Diego whom I switched hosting this site to for

a month. They then tried to pull a fast one so I told them ohh, but nooo way am I doing

any more business with you. I cancelled my account with them after ONE month back

in May. Since then I have sent them no less than 5 nasty e-mails telling them to STOP

sending me e-mails and that I will NEVER EVER do business with them again.

Well guess what folks? They STILL keep on sending me e-mails. As of this very day

(August 22, 2004), I am still getting e-mails from these %$#@!. Now in my book, this

qualifies this company as a spammer. I asked these &*%$#@ 5 times to stop sending me

e-mails but they won't. Now it's time to unleash General Asia The Cat, site commander

on spam. Asia takes no prisoners and these MAD'S (Misfits And DimwitS) now have to

deal with her.

First things first. The Human did not want to tell who this company was on that long

winded page 1 of the Site Diary. But since this company won't quit sending these

dang e-mails, we can now bust them and tell who they are. These "people"

are named APLUS.NET of San Diego California.

You think I'm lying to you about the non stop e-mails? Well...check them out:

As you all can see, these !@#$%^&s just don't have a clue as to when to stop. So if

you are thinking about doing business with these "people", please think twice!

I wonder how hard it is for an established business to STOP sending someone

e-mails when you tell them 6 nasty times to do so, over a 4 month period. I think

it's hard to stop if your name is Lew Zerr, for with a name like that means you

just don't have a clue as to what the hell is going on.

Didn't he say that he disabled the e-mails from "This" address? Then why

the hell am I still receiving e-mails from Aplus.net? What's jacked with this

picture? How hard can it be for a business to just stop sending me e-mails?

Even after getting downright dirty with these ^%$#@&* they still continue?

                                           August 30,2004

I'm back again on this subject of this ^%$&*() company. If you read the above

e-mail from Andrew Burt of Aplus.net dated August 23, 2004, you would have seen

that he said he would disable my e-mail address from his system. Well we see he

did just that. I have more e-mails from them as you have also seen. And here are

some more from them:

O.K. I know it's overkill. But you get my point? So here is what I just did.

I went to their site and got a live chat person (Charlie G) and told him to

stop sending me these e-mails. We will see what happens now.

Hey I just got thru with Charlie G and guess what? He did disconnect

my e-mail address! FINALLY!!! You all see what it took me just to get off

an e-mail list? I don't think it will be any easier for you as well. A far as this

experience goes with Aplus.net, they get a failing grade of a big F !!!!
