ABOUT THIS POEM:
As we go thru life and love, one sometimes wonders how long the
present love will last. When deep in love and it feels so right between
the both of you, then you want that love to truly last forever. Such was
one of the thoughts that inspired me to write this poem. To love forever.
Sometimes a love is so deep and strong that you want to love that person
through this life into forever. Isn't that what love should be?
Is this lifetime long enough
To love you?
Would 2,3,or even 100 lifetimes be long enough
To love you heart and soul?
To love you completely and unconditionally?
Can time itself stand still
So that I may love you forever and ever
Will the stars themselves die out
Before my love for you fades
As space expands into eternity
So does my love for you
Oceans may dry up
Mountains will fall
Blue skies will turn to gray
But my love for you is
Forever
Always
