O.K. you two. Here is your chance to "speak your minds " I know I am taking a big chance
in letting two unpredictable animals like cats "Talk" to us humans. But they have "told" me
that they have a lot to say. (Especially Asia). So be forewarned. I take no responsibility in
whatever they may come up with. (Hey I'm just the messenger!) Be prepared to have your
funny bone tickled with these crazy cats of ours. And make sure to read their diary (blog)
also.
G-Rock's Story:
"I AM smiling."
Let me start with the name G-Rock. I have a friend whose boyfriend named their dog G-Rock
and I thought the name was so unusual and yet cool that I decided to name my cat G-Rock. As
for how we came together, after I picked out Asia at a local Wayside Waifs Animal Shelter, I
went back to get a male cat. The first cat I picked out was named Buddy. Unfortunately he was
very sick and he only got worse. So they ended up putting him to sleep. Then there was a big
white cat named Parker that I was interested in until I saw G-Rock. He was in the back under
quarantine until he could be checked out for he had just arrived. When he passed quarantine
I filled out all the paperwork and adopted him.
G-Rock is the feisty one. He loves human contact and he does things that I just can't figure out
why. Tearing around the house at 3am is a favorite of his. I love G-Rock very much and hope
for him to be with me for many years.
Asia's Story:
"I'm smiling too"
As soon as I laid eyes on Asia I knew she was mine. (Talk about love at first sight!) had gone to
Wayside Waifs to see if I could find two cats. After 5 minutes of looking, I saw Asia. I knew she
was mine. It was love as first sight. I filled out all the paperwork and she had her shots and they
also spayed her. Then I took her home.
Asia is the mouthy one. She is always telling me something. (I'm sure some things she says
are not to be repeated here). She also is the most active one of the two.
